Robert Hartline is an experienced and successful serial entrepreneur with a total of $24 Million in revenue a year. In addition to his accomplishments with Absolute Wireless, Robert founded CallProof, a smartphone application dedicated to maximizing the efficiency of outside sales teams for businesses all over the United States.
A very hard moment for me was when I found out that one of my best performing sales people was lying to me all the time on his reports and sales figures. That made me create the tracking app.
A customer of mine called and mentioned that he needed an app to track his sales people. Interestingly enough at that very moment, I was working on a similar project. That was a very bright signal for me to continue forward with the project.
My business should survive without me. Focus on working on your business versus in it.
