Fail Forward:

I have failed my way to success and I continue to fail. I would share that at the late 90’s when the technology was taking over in our life I suddenly found myself with ’10 thumbs’. Being not technology wise taught me a very big lesson: I learned that I have to embrace the change and catch up with the edge of the technology.

Lightbulb Moment:

It was when I realized that the prospective client should be at the center of the sales process. That’s key! The success as a result of applying this principle is the best testimonial for its effectiveness.

Success Hack:

Get with your clients and ask them, “why do you do business with me?” This answer will allow you add more value at a higher price.
