For me the biggest failure were personal issues related to getting in my way, not being able to focus on my tasks, and lack of confidence. Working hard and doing the right things by putting aside your ego-centric self, will get you out of every trouble.

Figuring out the exact conversation model was a very successful strategy for my business. The stable foundation of a business lies on the knowing who you are, knowing your capacity and treating your clients and customers in a polite way.
