Magazine, and Business Week.

Fail Forward:

As a fighter pilot, I struggled with massive claustrophobia during whole my professional career. I will never forget the long night on which I had to fly my jet over the Atlantic . I sat inside the small fighter cabin for 7 hours and 30,000ft above the ground during a night flight. Fortunately, my passion of flying is a stronger feeling than the claustrophobia and it never betrayed me.

Lightbulb Moment:

Every success is a result of continuous self-improvement. Go and improve your skills, mind, and body a bit every day. Ask for help when it is needed. Realization of these factors has created the foundation of my success. Remember the saying: The more you sweat the less you bleed!

Success Hack:

Any successful person is willing to ask for help.
