Paul Groshko is the owner of a health and wellness Day spa, called SpaVia. Prior to owning SpaVia, Paul had over 25 years leadership in a high growth specialty coffee organization and prominent national food retail business. He’s also co-chairman for Public Allies Chicago a nonprofit since 1993 that’s changing the face of leadership with social change makers.

After a $500k investment in a new product, it was initially a failure. I needed to re-evaluate on how I operated in that time frame.

Be willing to invest more than your competition to attract the right type of clientele.
